Approach

Step 1: Email your CAD and PDF files to info@oneimprint.com. Include floor plans, elevations, materials and photos. We can accept virtually any CAD, 3D or graphics file. Once your project begins we will setup a file exchange and process tracking system for you to view drafts, upload markups, comments and to view renderings in progress.

Step 2: We provide you with a price estimate and a production timeline. Please email it back to us with “approved for production” note to start your project. Large projects require 50% deposit from new clients. Our estimates are based on number of iterations (rounds of changes), complexity of your 3D scene and number of renderings/camera angles. We can price projects individually or we can create a low-cost flat-rate program for our long-term clientele.

Step 3: We proceed with White Model creation – greyscale renderings of 3D geometry without textures and colors. This stage usually takes 2-3 days and it helps us to approve camera views, massing and architectural details. We will ask for your comments and markups along the way. Three iterations (rounds of changes) on White Models are included in a typical price estimate.

Next step is applying textures, materials and colors. We will be asking for your direction to breathe life into our renderings creating ambience, mood and feel by adding people, surroundings, landscaping and lighting to our photo-realistic renderings in a post-production process. This stage also includes three rounds of changes and usually takes 3-5 days.
